Job description

The award winning Grandover Resort is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for Morning coverage.
This individual will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including guest service and ensuring all guest are satisfied with their dining experience.
Key requirements:
Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environmentFlexible schedule allowing for nights, weekends and holidaysWorking knowledge of NC ABC laws and regulationsPrevious fine dining management experience required
Responsibilities:
Assists in scheduling all positions within the restaurant (front of the house, wait staff, bussers & hostess)Maintains wine inventoryAbility to supervise staff as well as bartend/serve when necessaryMaintain cleanliness of restaurant and equipmentAssists with continuous staff trainingServes as a backup to the Director of Restaurants for payroll and recruiting processesMaintains professional restaurant image, including cleanliness and proper staff uniformsParticipate in Bi-monthly Special events and Marketing meetings
