Job Title: Customer Service Representative ( CSR )
Required skills:
As the CSR you will become the local monthly parking expert, assisting managers, and customers / clients by issuing monthly parking devices, voiding notices and being a resource for information. In addition, you will assist with reconciliations as well as providing all customers and clients with excellent customer service.
