This position provides support to WTRC in the usage, training, and maintenance of computer systems. Installation, training, researching problems, creating reports, and troubleshooting, are the major duties for this position. Answers support calls and ensures resolution of any reported computer, software, and telephone issues. Configure, monitor, and maintain the wireless network. Configure, monitor, and maintain virtual servers. Assist the help desk to resolve issue tickets in a timely manner. Monitor and maintain server backups and resolve errors immediately. Provide formal end-user training as directed. Maintains knowledge of how systems integrate with each other. Maintains knowledge of current computers and associated software within WTRC. This position will require availability to be on-call for potential IT related issues to serve WTRC's inpatient hospice unit.
