Salary: Starting at $83,200/year (DOE)

Are you a strong, motivated leader who leads by example? Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for an experienced and passionate DSD/IP to join our leadership team. This is a key role in ensuring staff excellence and resident safety at our skilled nursing facility in Sacramento.

About the Role:
The DSD/IP is responsible for staff education, onboarding, and development, as well as implementing and maintaining our infection prevention program in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• A confident, hands-on leader who motivates and inspires others
• Active California LVN or RN license
• Current DSD certification and IP training/certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Skilled in communication, organization, and team-building
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute setting preferred
