Job Responsibilities
The Lam Global Operations Power Box Pilot team is a bridge between our design engineers and our remote factory manufacturing partners. As a Program Manager, you will lead dynamic, globally distributed teams made up of members from our internal design and operations teams along with key pilot factory suppliers. Specific responsibilities include:
Form and leads cross-functional teams (comprised of Supply Chain, Operations, Design Engineering and other members as required) to execute pilot builds of electrical power box assemblies. Drive deliverable completion to ensure the pilot to volume manufacturing transition meets product development schedule. Identify and mitigate program transition risks (design, supplier, operations).
Manage High Volume Manufacturing Transition accountability system and provide reports to product development and supply chain executives on individual program status. Early responsibilities will include collaborating with key stakeholders to define measures, scorecards and reporting methods.
Lead project meetings and ensure effective meeting management methods used (preparation and agenda management, accurate meeting minutes and action item identification, participative environment, decision making and R&R enforcement)
Other Job Responsibilities
Support process audits and new process/best known method development for the Power Box Pilot Team.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
5 years of related project management experience in a technical environment with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, multi-discipline teams.
A successful candidate will be able to share examples of past experience that demonstrate strong self-management, creativity, critical thinking, problem solving and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualification
Experience with manufacturing processes and direct engagement with engineering and suppliers.
Project management certification or Master's Degree
SAP, MS Office
