Summary:
As a Quality Monitoring Supervisor, Technical Support at Dexcom, you will lead a team that interacts with patients, parents, and caretakers for people affected by diabetes that use Dexcom products. The Quality Monitoring Analyst (QMA) is responsible for evaluating the performance of our call center associates who deal with existing and potential customers. The quality monitoring team will monitor inbound and outbound call and/or email, chat responses to assess associate demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and adherence to company policies and procedures. This individual will assist in the development, creation, and implementation of call center quality processes and procedures, as well as making recommendations for improvements to training materials as needed to improve the overall customer experience.
Functional Description: Management
Directs the design, development, modification and evaluation of a technical infrastructure to expedite the operation and evaluation of clinical trials. Manages the design, monitors the statistical analysis and develops tracking systems to determine the efficiency of clinical trials. Manages the evaluation and design of clinical data statistics. Must have expertise in state-of-the-art data manipulation and statistical analyses. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
