The Program Manager will be responsible for successful execution tracking and reporting of the different projects under the finance solutions technology team. In this position, you will interact with teams of software engineers, including Developers/QA/Business Analysts/Operations to deliver various software products efficiently, effectively, and with the expected quality level. You will work closely with cross-functional teams as well as product managers, pre-sales, key clients, vendors, and suppliers. Core capabilities, competencies, and experience in the following areas: stakeholder management, project management, agile/lean, process control, software development tracking, Quality tracking, and release management. While every candidate will have a different blend of these skills, we are looking for a dynamic person who knows how to leverage his/her knowledge and experience to oversee the development process and effectively track report and deliver software solutions and services to our customers.
