The Nurse Director of Emergency Services will be the cornerstone of the critically ill in this fast paced environment.
The hospital employs over 300 FTEs that are extremely tight knit in order to be a cohesive unit. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director of Emergency Services will be supported by nurses, technicians, nurse managers, and nurse supervisors. The Nurse Director of Emergency Service will use their strong management skills to make sure that day to day operating procedures are executed correctly.
The Nurse Director of Emergency Services will provide management to the Emergency Department for all nursing and operational procedures. This will include communicating with the Chief Nursing Officer on all issues related to the Emergency Department. The Nurse Director of Emergency Services will also prepare and monitor the annual budget to ensure that the ED is fiscally improving.
