Marketing Manager (Project Management)
About the Job
The Marketing Manager for Thompson Hospitality will report into the Sr. VP of Strategy and Marketing over our Restaurants and play a key role in supporting overall marketing efforts for our Restaurant brands. This role will coordinate regularly with the Operations organization, marketing channel owners, and creative team. This role will be instrumental in the execution of the marketing vision and strategy for a rapidly expanding and evolving our restaurant brands. This role is perfect for someone who really enjoys being hands on in the process and supporting the build of a department.
Responsibilities:
•Maintain marketing and retail planning calendars.
•Work closely with the site specialists to ensure seamless storytelling between marketing channels and site pages.
•Support trigger email development.
•Serve as a liaison between operations to ensure the timely delivery of compelling message on Social Media, Email blasts, website updates, etc.
Participate in project briefings with creative team.
•Develop concepts for photos / creative based on marketing briefs; manage timelines and oversee the execution of creative assets.
Insights & Analytics (25% of time)
•Monitor competitive actions
•Develop knowledge of the latest innovations and opportunities impacting the marketing landscape, from our partners and our competitors.
•Develop a deep understanding of consumer habits (online and offline)
•Build reporting dashboards for marketing, site and other metrics.
Teamwork:
•Strong organization and project management skills to keep all parties on track and ensure high quality implementation.
•Build strong relationships with retail, marketing channel partners and creative teams.
Experience Preferences
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
