Operational Training Specialist (Finance)
Your responsibilities
Providing a service to tk Aerospace functional departments and the operational branches concerned with development, organization and implementation of job skills training programs. The programs would include but are not limited to quality control, work measurement, safety, lean, manufacturing methods and material requirements planning, with a focus on skill developmental training Key Accountabilities: As needed, support branch level training projects on site. Assist in the development of operational skill-based training plans. Coordinates the implementation of the training plans along with facilitation. Work with specialists from functional departments to develop relevant training content Coordinate the use of external trainers and off-site training venues Conduct new employee orientation as needed Monitor and report the effectiveness of the training programs Collect training performance data Track and manage employee training records through the company system Ensure alignment and harmonization of training documentation across operational sites Support and monitor Coaching Certification across branches Assist in other tasks or projects as assigned Meet all thyssenkrupp values and competencies The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
