Builds, d irects and provides leadership to a production management team accountable for creating an inclusive culture that attracts, retains, and inspires a diverse and engaged team and drives process improvements, coordinates the allocation of resources, controls expenses and promotes a safe work environment. Direct reports include three Production Unit Leaders, Operational Excellence Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and Administrative Assistant. Reporting to this position through a matrix relationship is the Internal Quality Manager, Human Resource Generalist and the Production Scheduling Supervisor.Business Area Automotive Technology
