HR Assistant - Recruitment (Human Resources)
· Full-cycle recruitment support; assist with all stages of the recruitment process, including posting jobs both internally and externally, sourcing potential candidates, reviewing applications and scheduling interviews.
· Candidate and manager communications; coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers to guarantee smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
· Applicant tracking and database management; maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
· Recruitment materials development; assist in the creation of job descriptions, interview guides and other recruitment-related materials.
· Administrative support; provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as preparing reports, maintaining employee files, and managing correspondence.
· Employer branding and event planning; contribute to employer branding initiatives and assist in organizing career fairs and other recruitment events.
· Compliance support; support adherence to company policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
· Collaboration on engagement and retention; work closely with HR team members on projects related to employee engagement and retention.
