Assistant Store Manager - Full Time (Project Management)

Our Assistant Store Manager (ASM) offers a wonderful opportunity for leadership development! This position supports the retail team in providing excellent customer service to shoppers, donors, team members and all other guests. The ASM will ensure our stores maintain an attractive, inviting, and visually appealing store, full of neatly merchandised product. This position also assists the Store Manager in training and developing team members, completing documentation and other records, ensuring the safety of our team and customers, and will provide supervision to staff in the absence of the Store Manager.
Position requirements:
An Assistant Store Manager has a starting wage of $15.45 per hour, plus incentive pay based on store performance. The schedule for this position varies between days, evenings, and weekends. Candidates must have weekend availability and availability for a varying schedule.
