Business Loan Servicing Specialist (Finance)

What You'll Do:
Responsible for all servicing function related to business loans and accounts throughout their lifecycle by processing collateral releases, tracking insurance, preparing various reports, reviewing notices, processing disbursements, posting payments/deposits, maintaining participation sold and purchased accounts, and providing various accounting functions. Provide exceptional, efficient, and accurate Member service.

- Compensation: $17.41 - $19.49 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

What's Needed For This Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working with financial services
- Must be bondable upon hire
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of financial services and basic accounting principles, with the ability to manage complex servicing tasks and documentation.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and high-volume workloads with accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to support internal teams and Members through written and verbal interactions.
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify and resolve issues, perform quality control, and improve servicing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools, with the ability to learn new technologies and work efficiently in a collaborative, open-office environment.
We'd Love To See:
- One-year certificate in Accounting or related field
- Previous loan servicing experience
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time, working approximately 40 hours per week. Typically schedule is Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 5 PM with additional hours as needed.
Training:
- Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
- Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal's culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
