Network Operations, AVP (Finance)
• Identify opportunities to improve the service and delivery model and work with staff, peers, and management to improve and enhance the Charles River FIX Network services
• Support and facilitate business objectives for the purpose of meeting Charles River FIX Network's revenue growth goals
• Act as an Escalation point for the FIX Account Management Team members on client and/or internal FIX-related operational/business issues
• Provide strong Customer Service for global Buyside and Sellside customers through the development and execution of sound policies and procedures
• Serve as key contact for outside vendor(s) relevant to FIX network; work with vendors as partners to deliver a tightly integrated, seamless service to Charles River FIX Network clients.
• Support Client Services for strong customer retention
• Partner with the regional FIX technical teams to ensure minimal disruptions to FIX network connectivity and strong customer relations
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments on all FIX-related projects and services.
• Hire, train, develop (mentor) staff; provide day-to-day performance management and support for subordinates
• Perform formal and informal performance reviews.
• Responsible for overseeing staff in performing accurate, complete, and timely integration of CRN monthly invoicing as well as reconciliation of vendor invoices and performance targets
Salary Range:
$100,000 - $160,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
