Program Analyst/Assistant- Provides technical and administrative support to the Performance Management Directorate (PMD) of the Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office, PEO Missile and Space (MS). Performance Management Directorate includes Configuration and Data Management, Quality Assurance, Production, and Test Division functions. Duties include; maintain the PMD Smart Book ; coordination and development of travel arrangements and vouchers including use of the Defense Travel System (DTS); support to the development of PMD briefings, white papers, and scopes of work; coordination and scheduling of IPT meetings; development and staffing of correspondence and formal documentation; support to PMD regularly scheduled staff meetings; maintaining of PMD databases; maintaining critical calendar items for Office of the Director, PMD.
DoD secret clearance or ability to obtain an interim secret clearance in reasonable timeframe.
8 years of relevant experience and Bachelor's degree or 11 years of experience with HS degree
1 year of development of travel arrangement -DTS or similar
2 years' experience in the development and staffing of briefings, white papers or scopes of work.
2 years' experience in the coordination and scheduling of IPT- type meetings
3 years' experience in the development and staffing of correspondence and formal documentation
2 years' experience in support to scheduled staff meetings or similar for an organization
2 years' experience in the maintenance of critical calendar items for an organization
2 years' experience in the maintenance of databases for an organization
