Receptionist (Administrative)



As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors, providing professional and welcoming experience. Stationed at the front desk, you'll manage incoming calls, greet and assist guests, oversee lobby activity, and handle various administrative and clerical tasks.

Your Impact:

Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of the call, and route to the appropriate person or department.
Receive and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail as needed.
Provide information about the organization, including address, directions, and general inquiries.
Greet and welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of their business, and announce their arrival to the appropriate party.
Distribute job applications, conduct pre-interview testing and serve as a point of contact for applicants.
Maintain the Visitor Sign-In/Out Log; issue and collect visitor security passes.
Ensure the lobby and reception area remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Use Microsoft Word/Canva to prepare memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
Assemble Employee Handbooks for distribution.
Assists in Employee Activity planning and coordination
Order lunches for client visits and other events as needed.
All other tasks as assigned by management


Your Profile

Verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Multitasking and prioritizing
Ability to work under pressure
Individuals must possess basic problem-solving skills.
This position requires the ability to be present and available at the scheduled times and locations as outlined in the work schedule
High school diploma or GED required; additional administrative or customer service training is a plus.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a related role involving data entry.
Proficiency in using multi-line telephone systems and standard office equipment.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
