Duties include: Identify project scopes, deliverables, conduct design review sessions, go live plans, testing, and post-production support for an ERP business system environment, focusing on financial, supply chain, and project engineering functional modules; create functional and technical specifications, configuration workbooks, and design documents, configure systems based on business need, and resolve interface issues; identify, evaluate, and recommend new functionality for current and future application releases; review and analyze operations procedures, processes, workflows and system changes to evaluate effectiveness, and propose changes to optimize systems and improve productivity; create test scripts, assist with user acceptance testing, and analyze process failures and production issues in order to provide solutions; assist with day-to-day and monthly company processes, collaborate to resolve complex systems issues, and plan and test system changes; create training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.
