Service Support Clerk - Contingent (Finance)

***THIS IS A 12-MONTH CONTINGENT POSITION***
Position is located in St. Louis, MO. Local Candidates will be considered.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Site Services Support Clerk operates under a multi-functional model that encompasses several aspects of Site Services daily operations. The Service Support Clerk is the first level of this multi-functional model whose functions include working in areas of shipping and receiving, the mailroom and the Company Store.
HOURS: 8 - 4:30 Monday - Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring all incoming and outgoing deliveries, packages and mail is accurately received, uploaded, inspected sorted and delivered to and from drop points.
- Assist with the Company Store opening and closing procedures, retrieves and stocks shelf merchandise and processes online orders.
- Sort interoffice mail, newspapers, and handouts by building and floor.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION NEEDED:
- Pallet-Jack Certification
- 2+ years in a customer service oriented shipping and receiving position.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
SKILLS NEEDED:
- Good communication skills (will be interacting with external drivers all the way up to the CEO)
- Experience with MS Office, Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and comfortable with always being on their feet
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working independently
- Must have steel-toed shoes
