Your Focus:
The Account Management Leader will be responsible for handling key client relationships for Employer Services within the Global Consumer Solutions (GCS) unit. You will have full ownership for the overall development, P&L, growth, and delivery of assigned clients, working across multiple units within the enterprise to profitably expand business and develop account specific engagement approach. You will be the voice of the Customer in order to effectively drive initiatives and investment to build and create proactive and reactive solutions in the areas of consumer data privacy, id theft protection and restoration, security, and fraud protection. These strategies should yield clear deliverables for sales, market development, product development, and marketing, including the development of relationships with key partners and vendors.
This position reports directly to the SVP, General Manager of Equifax's Employer Services business within GCS.
