Responsible for monthly sales activity reporting.
Responsible for supporting field sales activities and initiatives in North America.
2. Product Line Planning. Provide feedback to divisions on products. Provide input to decisions on product competitiveness. Suggest new products and/or enhancement to existing products. Coordinate new product field testing within assigned area. Coordinate new product introductions and training.
3. Strategic Planning Input. Coordinate factory resources needed for the area. Provide input on major competitor strategies within assigned area. Identify regional market opportunities for measurement products. Contribute to market segment definition and establishment of divisional position within a segment. Communicate and support business unit strategies within area. Provide ongoing feedback on success of strategy implementation. Participates in forecasting activities and maintains responsibilities for achieving established sales goals.
4. General Business Support. Monitor pricing and discounting. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide specific recommendations for improvement. Ensure divisional quality plans are understood and followed. Develop and provide measures that provide information on company performance in the area.
Requirements
Must have 5-10 years experience in industry and/or instrumentation
Education: B.S. degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience: Eight (8) years of industry experience; four (4) of which must be in sales or marketing. Liquid Analytical product and applicationknowledge/experience is strongly preferred.
Location: Minneapolis preferred, other cities with major airport considered
