Electronic Product Quality Engineer
Cooking Division
New Bern, NC / Full-time
Responsibilities
Release of in-house parts, new models and variants.
Final Audit and /or line failure analysis and reports.
Cosmetic standards.
Planning, tracking, analysis of TCR values and warranty budgets.
Evaluations and reporting of field data from PQM.
Analyze claims from the field for early failure detection.
Prepare the data for monthly Factory Quality Meeting (FQM).
Prepare, organize and do workshops with related departments to define measures to improve the quality of the appliances in order to reduce TCR.
Prepares the information to associates about main failures TCR, development and warranty cost.
Contact to Customer and Customer Service Department.
Organize the monthly CS-QM telephone conference.
Distribute and control the tasks for improvement to other factory departments.
Cooperates with other individuals and groups regularly.
Your Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Materials or Quality Engineering required.
Two to five (2-5) years working experience in a labor-intensive manufacturing / assembly setting desired.Home appliance industry preferred.
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision, handle multiple tasks and be prompt in meeting deadlines.
Working Knowledge of ISO, FMEA, and SPC.
Any of the above requirements/qualifications may be waived for the successful candidate.
