The Customer Experience Manager for the Cloud Marketplace is a crucial role on the GTM channel team. This position plays a critical role in the training and enablement of the IMC Sales team, the IMTS sales team as well as our Reseller partners. This role also supports the creation of content and collateral used on our Cloud Marketplace and our CMP knowledgebase.
As the Customer Experience Manager for the Cloud Channel Team, you will perform critical functions around the reseller experience as it relates to the Ingram Cloud Marketplace
