The Client Insights team is seeking a Senior Analyst to "own" the programmatic execution of our global Voice of the Client (VOC) program, which primarily uses the Medallia platform.
You will play an important role on the Client Insights team, within the broader Client Experience (CX) team and for SVB overall. SVB's Voice of the Client program is highly visible throughout the Bank, underpinning a top corporate goal of delivering a World-Class Client Experience.
The VOC program provides the insights that fuel decision-making on CX improvements and drives insights-based transformations forward.
As a Senior Analyst, will drive all aspects of the VOC program, from technology to data infrastructure and from processes and dashboards to user engagement. Additionally you will have the opportunity to guide the long-term evolution of the VOC program, to ensure that it remains cutting-edge and continues to deliver on our Client Experience vision.
