Program Analyst II (Finance)
The Program Analyst II will support the DOE's Office of Indian Energy in project management activities including, but not limited to, Funding Opportunity Announcements, Merit Reviews, Peer Reviews, and project management support through closeout for grants and cooperative agreements. Will support day-to-day interactions with internal parties such as legal, contracting, NEPA, and communications; as well as external communication with project recipients and National Laboratories. Will provide programmatic planning and logistic support requiring attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organization and analytical skills. In addition, the ideal candidate will have project management experience and express interest in working with American Indian Tribes and Alaska Natives to maximize the value of their energy resources through fuel neutral energy solutions.
