Position summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures Document resident status and progress accurately and in a timely manner Serve as a resource and advocate for residents and their families
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Current SC RN license in good standingPrevious experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferredStrong clinical skills with attention to detailExcellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skillsCommitment to quality, safety, and resident-centered care
