- Evaluate patients and develop individualized therapy plans
- Implement treatment programs focused on functional mobility, strength, and independence
- Collaborate closely with other PTs, PTAs, OTs, and nursing staff to ensure quality outcomes
- Document progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Mentor and guide PTA team members when appropriate
