This entry-level customer service professional works directly with CBORD/Horizon customers who are implementing systems in the FMS product portfolio. On the front line, this team member provides training and implementation services, on-site and remotely. Services include CBORD/Horizon systems training, implementation guidance, and occasional technical support. Senior staff members provide mentoring as the associate comes up the learning curve.
