Overview
In July 2018, Emerson acquired the Greenlee and Klauke brands to create the Professional Tools segment. Together with the RIDGID brand, this business focuses on delivering innovative solutions and tools to trade professionals in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fields.
This role primarily supports the RIDGID brand and will also work closely with marketing counterparts at Greenlee and Klauke to align marketing initiatives across Professional Tools including defining the digital roadmap and supporting one face to the customer initiatives. The role is responsible for driving brand awareness, capturing customer value, promoting and supporting new product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
This is a high visibility role during an exciting time for Professional Tools. The role is responsible for elevating the impact of marketing by developing and implementing new strategies and tactics. This person will be responsible to establish the strategy and vision, obtain buy-in, and lead the team in the execution of the agreed-upon plans. The role will work closely with sales, product marketing and other groups to align the marketing efforts with the organization's strategic priorities.
Position Structure
This position reports to the Vice President, Marketing and Business Development for Professional Tools and is based in Elyria, OH.
