Baltimore office of our client seeks commercial finance attorney with 1-3 years of hands-on experience with documenting, negotiating and closing commercial finance transactions. The candidate will be representing lenders and lessors on a variety of matters, including synthetic leases, capital leases, structured finance, C&I lending and commercial real estate. Will be serving in the classes of collateral, including real estate, receivables, inventory, aircraft, vessels and rail cars. Experience with financing transactions involving transportation assets (including corporate aircraft, rail equipment and maritime assets) is a plus. Maryland Bar admission is required.
