Sets up laboratory equipment, instrumentation and maintains calibrations.
Performs all tasks associated with chemical testing and sample preparation
Documents test results, maintains data base and generates reports.
Provides accurate and timely feedback to management on results.
Troubleshoot analytical equipment and/or out-of –specification or out-of-trend results.
Performs validation studies, assists in the development of new testing methods, etc. as needed to support new formulation implementation.
Assures consistency and stability in analytical monitoring.
Use of statistical methods to monitor analytical trends
Provide backup and support for microbiological and physical testing and quality assurance as needed.

Associates Degree or higher, or equivalent experience in chemistry laboratory
One to two years experience in the wet wipe or cosmetics industry a plus
Clear understanding of Rockline's operational systems and products.
Excellent verbal, written, math, analytical and computer skills.
Interpersonal communication skills sufficient to work closely with others on a team.
Ability to understand statistical trends.
Computer literate, specifically with Word, Excel and Access.
Must have proven abilities in understanding Quality Assurance and cleaning and sanitizing processes.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be willing and able to follow work instructions with accuracy and precision.
