Call Center Specialist (Finance)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
The Appointment/Triage Call Center Specialist answers daily phone calls, schedules, cancels, and confirms appointments according to callers' requests while following appointment protocols. The specialist also notates various triage messages and forwards them to the appropriate staff members. The specialist processes appointment referrals faxed from outside physicians as well as those received via email or internet. The specialist also completes other tasks as assigned.
