Manager, Performance Analysis and Reporting (Architecture)
Summary
The Manager for Performance Analysis and Reporting in the PGP Department supports the agency's acquisition and management of institutional donor awards in order to achieve its strategic mission. The position is responsible for tracking and reporting on Save the Children's New Business Development (NBD) and Award Management (AM) metrics, providing data analysis for executive decision-making; monitoring and supporting data quality across the agency and the global movement; and supporting proposal development, knowledge management, and learning efforts. The Manager will play a key role in identifying and advancing process improvements across the NBD and AM functions, and assist in building staff capacities. The role provides broad exposure to International Programs' global scope as well as close collaboration with functional experts and knowledge management and learning professionals.
