We're seeking a Subject-Matter Expert of Analytics and Reporting capabilities for the NextGen ERP transformation program. Prioritizes execution and delivery of Global Operations Analytics and Reporting strategy, Reporting architecture for Plan to Deliver(PTD), Order to Cash(OTC), Source to Pay(STP) and Finance operating efficiencies and process optimization associated with the ERP system and connected boundary systems. Enables decision-making process and Enterprise data analytics strategy for architectural process design for NextGen ERP value streams and deliverables to execute fully the project with go live in Q2 2027. Measures of success include achieving key project milestones, successful transition of complete, relevant and accurate Analytics Dataset to enable business processes within SAP S/4 and boundary systems, including compliant reporting, achieving NextGen benefit case, and achieving operating metrics and baseline performance for new system within 90 days of go live.

Position Requirements:

  • Develop and deploy Data Analytics and Reporting deliverables within Global Operations workstreams for the NextGen ERP program.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate, obsolete reports/ dashboards in the current SAP ECC ecosystem and outline seamless transition to the future reporting/ analytics with zero disruption to Operations, Quality and Compliance
  • Enhance and evolve the current Analytics and Reporting framework (both the approach and tools usage) to manage operational reports, data analytics and AI - by collaborating closely across NextGen ERP value streams and GO Analytics and Reporting teams
  • Gather GO KPIs and Metrics - across all value streams within NextGen ERP Program and leverage existing GO KPIs/Metrics to outline reporting enhancements/requirements to fully enable monitoring and across SAP S/4 ecosystem
  • Identify opportunity to enable/adoption of AI- utilities and digitization across the broader SAP S/4 HANA Analytics and Reporting ecosystem in a sustainable way, wherever applicable
  • Identify opportunity for in-process automation within SAP S/4 value streams - by leveraging AI- / automation/ digitization capabilities across SAP ecosystem. Leverage low-code/no-code utilities wherever applicable to optimize future Analytics and Reporting
  • Develop/enhance and evolve catalog of Analytics and Reporting Dashboards used across SAP S/4 HANA ecosystem and designate intended use, especially for Quality/GMP purpose that may require additional validation
  • Prioritize development or enhancement of Enterprise Data Reporting & Analytics framework with SAP S/4 HANA as the core of the broader ERP application ecosystem.
  • Develop/enhance/evolve KPIs/metrics and how to measure effectiveness of Enterprise Data Reporting and Analytics capabilities
  • Develop, deploy and evolve Reporting and Analytics Solution Architecture for ERP ecosystem - closely collaborating with GIS and GO business partners.
  • Gather and formalize Reporting Use Cases and subject matter inputs from each of the GO value streams within NextGen ERP Project
  • Formalize Data Reporting and Analytics Requirements for applicable Project deliverables, including but not limited to Data Migration, Data Conversion and Data Integration design specifications for Enterprise Data Warehouse in Snowflake
  • Identify and prioritize scope for source data standardization and source data cleansing in the current SAP ECC and current ecosystem, prior to Data Migration/ Data Conversion into SAP S/4 HANA and Snowflake ecosystem
  • Develop data analytics and reporting scenarios in order to test SAP S/4 HANA business Use Cases
  • Collaborate with GO workstream leads, GBP leads, Training, OCM and GIS teams to map out reporting user roles in SAP, Tableau, and all Analytics/ Reporting ecosystems to align with Enterprise RACI, applicable training modules in LMS and roles setup in Service NOW/applicable GIS systems
  • Collaborate with overall program change management office to manage workstream of program and create business training, and other related deliverables to ensure successful change adoption of NextGen ERP program
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with the NextGen ERP program team, Business Leaders, and transformation office on status of deliverables, business decisions, and milestone progress.
  • Openly communicates ideas with organization and gains input from the business partners in order to influence and gain buy-in from senior leaders.

Preferred Experience/Education/Skills:

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. M.S. or MBA preferred.
  • Must be very detailed oriented, data driven and fact-based analysis to arrive at solutions
  • Pays minute attention to details and highly analytical to research alternatives to achieve end objectives in a more efficient and effective way
  • Requires a minimum of 8+ years of related experience in SAP HANA, ERP transformation, Snowflake, Tableau, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sourcing, and/or Finance roles.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experiences listed above.
  • Experience in Life Science, Technology, Biotechnology, and/or a healthcare/regulated environment is required.
  • Must have a track record of planning, managing and executing large-scale and multi-technology projects that meet quality, time, and budget requirements.
  • Proven ability in managing programs in a matrix organization across multiple regions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required

The estimated base salary range for the Staff, Global Operations Reporting SME (SAP HANA) role based in the United States of America is: $115,800 - $173,800. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
