Food & Beverage Manager (248) 1207 Hwy 28 Bypass (Project Management)
Directs and coordinates staff in providing customer service activities. Reviews and acts upon customer requests, complaints, and inquiries to ensur quality customer service.
Responsible for maximizing sales and profits within the Food and Beverage department. Controls store expense, monitors and corrects shrinkage problems.
Coaches team members within the store to ensure compliance with merchandising, pricing, food service and administrative requirements.
Ensures that the Food and Beverage operation is in compliance with all appropriate, local state and federal regulations.
Conducts customer service, food preparation, safety and other Company training programs.
Attends Food Service meetings/classes, coordinates food service training for team members, evaluates performance, implements disciplinary procedures as required, and properly documents actions.
Leads by positive example and demonstrates current ability and knowledge of all store functions, including all point-of-sale related equipment, reporting, food prep, cleaning, stocking, and merchandising.
