Provide administrative support to Medical Arts Chief and front office.
Knowledge of standard office procedures and services in order to provide administrative support and respond to customer needs.
Knowledge of office filing and billing systems in order to set up, organize, and maintain files and records.
Experience with answering and routing telephone calls in order to respond to customers and refer callers to the appropriate subject-matter expert.
Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets and database software, to enter and retrieve computerized data and prepare correspondence and reports.
Experience with basic layout skills for flyers, slides and posters. Experience in working with files in PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 year's professional working experience (includes internships)
Excellent proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
Professional typing, grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technical and operational
personnel
Experience creating and maintaining project files and customer files
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience in managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines under pressure
Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
Basic knowledge of graphic design and printing
Internet and social media savvy
Have a positive can-do attitude and a true passion for exceptional customer service
