CFS Analyst (Construction)
The CFS/Collections Analyst core responsibilities consist of managing the performance of a receivable portfolio of primarily Independent customer accounts, evaluating credit held orders and managing billing inquires (such as invoices, credit memos, account statements, proof-of-delivery, chargebacks, debit memos, etc.) across the suite of Deckers Brands. The Analyst will strive to monitor and maintain said portfolio in accordance with departmental goals and policies, while adhering to prescribed processes and company standards. The analyst is also responsible for gathering data to enable processing of credit card or ACH debit payments as well as performing ongoing account reconciliations. The Analyst will use all means available (phone, e-mail, fax, mail, escalation of non-responsive customers to team leader, etc.) to enable prompt collection of past due invoices and collectable chargebacks. The Analyst will act as a liaison on behalf of customers, to Sales Reps and credit staff regarding credit lines and other customer requests. A goal of the Collection Analyst is to help mitigate credit exposure by sharing pertinent data with the Credit team which can lead to credit lines being appropriately reduced/increased or cancelled.

Education/Experience:
Associates degree preferred.
2+ year's Commercial collections experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
