Life Product Specialist (Finance)
If so, Guardian is seeking a Life Product Support Specialist. This position will provide the field force with detailed product, rider and illustration support, develop training materials and conduct training for new agents to facilitate their onboarding at Guardian. Other responsibilities include providing comprehensive new business and in force sales support to the members of the Guardian field force both in person and over the phone and via email. This support includes creating sales ideas, providing product and illustration expertise to the field and Home Office, developing sales support materials, preparing competitive data, assisting in training efforts, and supporting Corporate Marketing initiatives for individual life products. The Life Product Specialist must also develop working relationships with individuals across departmental lines in order to provide a comprehensive and cohesive sales support resource for our field force.

A self-starter who is inquisitive, customer focused, continuously looking at ways to broaden own expertise across the organization, has strong verbal and written communication skills and is an analytical thinker.
