Construction Manager (Finance)
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Manage field personnel, subcontractors, and office support staff in the execution of remedial construction and industrial infrastructure construction projects.
•Establish and maintain professional business relations with clients.
•Interface effectively with clients, regulators, coworkers, and others.
•Market and promote remedial construction services, management of projects, financial planning, and control.
Additional information:
•Provides leadership and coaching to project team
•Knowledge and ability to quickly understand principals of construction and contractor means and methods
•Exceptional written and verbal communications and organizational skills
•Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Independently write reports and correspondence
•Health and safety, management and execution experience in the implementation and execution of large scale remedial and industrial infrastructure construction projects
•Experience in managing large value construction projects
•Estimating experience
•Client/business development experience
•Proposal development experience
Required Qualifications
•10+ years of experience in construction industry
