Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a HR professional who has a few years of both front-line and compliance experience working with both employees and company programs. The HR Ops team (part of Swinertons Corporate HR department) primarily provides programs, policies, and resources to our front-line Regional HR teams. This role is mostly back-office responsibilities, with a portion of front facing functions.

This position will start in the San Francisco, CA office but will move to the Concord, CA office in Fall 2020.
