NSC Trainer (Finance)
- Conduct or facilitate general and specific training programs for organization associates.
- Ensures appropriate training aids are created and used.
- Provides direction/ mentor-ship to less experienced peers.
- Design and develop training programs such as on-boarding and syllabus documents.
- Works with subject matter experts to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training, and conducts training sessions.
- Conducts needs analysis and associate audits research for training opportunities.
- Provides lesson plans relevant to training material.
- Develop strategic planning and implementation of organization development and training services.
- Provide orientation and training on new course materials
- Design virtual instructor led training (VILT)
-Audit and enforce "Own It!" customer service principles
- Consult with vendors to create training programs.
- Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management.
Qualifications:
- 2 years Ferguson/other related experience and NSC experience preferred
-Highly creative
-Consistent energy and positivity
- Trilogie, CRM and Finesse systems knowledge required
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups.
- Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
- Certified Instructional Designer, Master Trainer for Trainers is preferred.
