Position Summary
The Account Manager (AM) will work with an assigned sales team to maintain and expand present client base as well as generate new business opportunities.
An Account Manager is responsible for working with National Account Managers and Sales Directors to support current client base through high-call volume phone and email contacts.
This position will provide support for promotional call campaigns, will generate leads through blanket calling of targeted groups, and will upsell/cross-sell present client base for full solutions by focusing on securities product lines, insurance prelicensing add-ons, and continuing education.
An AM is also responsible for maintaining and growing a list of smaller organizational accounts.
