▪ High School Diploma or GED

▪ 5 years of Salesforce experience
▪ Certified Salesforce Administrator
▪ Certified Force.com Developer
▪ Six Sigma Greenbelt
▪ Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), organizational, and time management skills
▪ Significant Sales Support experience
▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
▪ Good interpersonal and presentation skills
▪ Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
▪ Ability to influence across a broader organization

The Senior Sales Support Specialist is responsible for implementation and maintaining cloud applications related to Customer and Product Support. The Senior Sales Support Specialist has a strong understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC), Learning Management System, Microsoft Sharepoint and customer facing portals. The Senior Sales Support Specialist will partner with management (cross functionally) to ensure seamless role out of new technology or functionality across the support business.
