IT Help Desk (Administrative)
Wagner Equipment Co., the Caterpillar dealer for Colorado, New Mexico and far west Texas, is seeking applications for an IT Help Desk person in Aurora, CO.
The IT Help Desk provides level one technical support to users experiencing hardware or software issues, assigns support tickets to IT Support, and serves as the primary conduit for Help Desk calls and tickets in a manner that reflects the company's vision of working as “One Professional Team.”
