IT Help Desk Support, 3686 (Project Management)
Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems or warranty related problems with computer equipment and software
Efficiently and professionally assist end-users with resolving hardware and software issues reported through the help desk system in a timely manner
Provide support with implementing and enforcing information systems security posture, security policies, standards, and methodologies
Help plan, and upgrade systems and services as needed to keep them up to date
Help ensure all computer systems meet company standards and keep them compliant
Perform installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of laptop computers, peripheral equipment, and security software within established standards and guidelines
Assists in development and implementation of new systems, technologies, and policies
Assist with preparation and maintenance of documentation
Identify, recommend and participate in process improvement initiatives
