Job Description:
Provide building maintenance scheduling and planning support for Dow buildings managed by Newmark Knight Frank. The planner analyzes work orders and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for services. Computes cost factors and prepares estimates used for management purposes, such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work, preparing bids, selecting vendor or subcontractors, and determining cost effectiveness. In addition, the planner works with the Accounts Payable team to requisition materials required to complete the jobs.
