Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
Associate Degree and or two years' experience working in a related field such as case management and/or social work. Five years successful employment experience. Must have strong skills working with computer operations with a variety of software and/or programs.
Ability to provide coaching, support and advocacy for individuals seeking employment and training opportunities to advance their career growth.
Demonstrated understanding of local communities, labor market, local industries and employers
Must be able to interact cordially with a diverse group of individuals to include individuals with disabilities.
Able to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written.
Able to market Goodwill and explain the mission to the public.
