Civil Project Engineer [5-10 yrs] (Architecture)
Civil Project Engineer (5-10 yrs exp)
We are seeking self-motivated Civil Engineers interested in working in KPFF's unique entrepreneurial environment where you will experience growth based on your own competency, attitude and commitment and will be encouraged to work on what inspires you. We'll provide a supportive and positive environment to make it happen. We're large but nimble and operate day-to-day with the flexibility of a small firm. Our flat organizational structure and minimal restrictions allow each employee to work directly and independently with clients, while drawing upon the experience and resources of other professionals on the project team.
We are passionate about developing great engineers. We offer generous benefits, competitive salary and pay you for every hour you work.
Position Description
You will have an opportunity to work on a wide variety of project types, serving both public and private clients. You won't be pigeon-holed or constrained within a strict, defined box. You will be challenged to stretch outside your comfort zone and given opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.
If you enjoy mentoring and training younger engineers, are willing and able to hit the ground running, thrive on direct client contact, and are willing to get into the weeds of design, this opportunity is for you.
