Sales System Analyst - Year Round (Project Management)
Manage all data quality and reporting.
Produce and update communication and merge templates, internal and external.
Manage onboarding and deactivating of users, user permissions.
Monitor, improve and create Process Flows, Workflows, Approval Processes, validation rules and other declarative system customizations.
Liaison with Sales Team and Marketing for Campaign management.
Oversee Chatter groups.
Conduct bi-weekly user base product updates, enhancements, process/flow changes, etc.
Manage Meeting Broker API with CVent lead portal.
Monthly purge of log entries, processor jobs and messages.
Continue existing relationships with all SFDC ISV Partners.
Complete queued projects related to SFDC/FDC.
Installation of E-signature/payment managed package.
Install survey solution within SFDC/FDC.
Scope and create API connection to Deer Valley Property Management System.
Other projects identified over time
Install new POS system for lift ticket printing.
Oversee 2nd SFDC Org in Human Resources.
Other duties as assigned.
Maintain a tradition of professionalism throughout the community and industry with the goal of maintaining a positive impression toward DVRC.
Assist in Group Sales team member training as directed.
Uniform Requirements: Appropriate dress per Deer Valley handbook and provided mountain uniform when conducting business on mountain.
