Position Title: Technical Analyst- Network Operations Center (Towers)
Position Summary
Provide technical support by troubleshooting, escalating, and monitoring Tower lighting and security to ensure safety and compliance requirements are met. The Technical Analyst is responsible for monitoring, configuring, and supporting critical network elements using real time alarming of network faults, analysis, configuration, notification, trending of faults and escalation to ensure company compliance with FAA/FCC notification requirements and customer service level agreements (SLA). You will provide advanced technical expertise to resolve field operations issues for all types of equipment. You will analyze, diagnose, test, install and/or guide field activities to effectively resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Shift work including nights and weekends. On-call environment.
